Any contract between us, whether for use of the website or in relation to the purchase of products or services through the Web site will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and both parties, submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

ORDERING

All orders can be placed securely online through this website by using the shopping cart facility only. Responsibility cannot be taken for the security of your details if given in any other way.

All orders are subject to availability and if an item you have chosen is not available or likely to be available within 5 working days you will be notified via your e-mail address. Out of stock goods marked To Follow on your delivery note will be forwarded automatically.

DELIVERY

Our aim is for you receive your order within 5 working days, however if any item ordered is out of stock we will notify the customer of the expected delivery schedule and the customer will have the choice to wait for the item or cancel the item from the order.

The maximum period of delivery would be within 21 days, unless specifically agreed with you the customer. We undertake to inform you of any subsequent change to the delivery time.

PRICING POLICY

All products on this web site are priced in euros and do not include EU VAT at the appropriate local rate. Any duties or local taxes are payable by the purchaser at the appropriate local rate. The prices are subject to variation from time to time and may be different from those found in our premises.

PAYMENT METHOD

You can pay by most major credit and debit cards. We are not able to accept cheques, cash, or postal orders via the website. You must provide the cardholder's name as it is shown on the card, and address exactly as it appears on the card statement.

No responsibility can be taken by POPINS-PM for incorrect, or incomplete, details submitted on the website. Orders without this information cannot be successfully processed. Card fraud is illegal and perpetrators will be prosecuted.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We aim to meet The Distance Selling Regulations and subject to the provisions of our returns policy outlined below, every customer has the right to cancel their order within 7 days.

RETURN OF GOODS POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your goods purchased, then return them to us in a new and unused condition within 14 days of receiving them and we will refund you in full including delivery charges if they are found to be faulty or the wrong item has been despatched. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If the goods have been dispatched as ordered, but are unwanted due to their description on the website being incorrect or misleading, then they can be returned for a refund including delivery charge within 14 days after the receipt of the goods.

If the goods are returned for any other reason the carriage charges will not be refunded and a restocking fee of 20% of the product cost will be charged and deducted from the cost of sale.

All items must be unused, have their original packaging and labelling, and be accompanied by the original delivery note. Nothing in these conditions will affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

The card used for the purchase of goods will be credited with the original purchase amount less any delivery charge paid and restocking fee where appropriate.

We aim to deal with all complaints as courteously and effectively as possible and will aim to acknowledge your complaint within 7 working days giving you the details of the relevant person dealing with it.
