POPINS is a professional and independent business offering property management solutions to property owners in the Mar Menor area of Murcia in Spain. As well as providing our own core services we also provide a free service to share information and provide help and support for people living, working or visiting Spain, Mar Menor in particular.

Purpose of the Website:

The sole purpose of the website is to promote the Mar Menor area of Spain by actively encouraging residents, visitors and people thinking about coming to the area to use the forum, information pages and our local business directory. These combined resources will develop in time to become a useful reference that gives a true picture of what this beautiful part of the world has to offer. 

Our Free Members Forum is intended as a medium for people to share their experiences, interests, advice and help for the benefit of others. If you are moving to Spain, have moved already or just thinking about it at this moment then there is no doubt you will have questions you want answering as well as have the answers for somebody else. We will actively encourage perople to share and provide information and help for the benefit of others. We will constantly monitor and manage the forum to ensure that it is used for its intended purpose and try and ensure all queries are researched and answered for everyone using it.

We welcome information from all authors wishing to provide updated articles on places of interest, things people must see, things people must do in Spain, etc. These will be placed into the information pages under the About Murcia section of the site. We will not welcome criticism of our hosts, the Spanish. It is their country and as such will be given the respect they deserve.

Paul has a vast amount of experience in setting up and managing large property maintenance companies in the UK in the last 28 years.

He is qualified in many areas such as Project Management, Change Management, Business Processes, Surveying, Teaching and Business Development. Roles have included General Manager, National Business Manager, Maintenance Manager, Consultant, Trainer and Project Manager.

Over the years Paul has carried out extensive work on both commercial and domestic properties and has actively been involved in training many surveyors in carrying out condition surveys.
